The appeal was agendized for the December 2, 2025, City Council meeting. Prior to the meeting, but after the public hearing was noticed, the applicant submitted a request to continue the item to the February 3, 2026, City Council Meeting. The City Council opened the public hearing and voted (7-0) to continue the item.
The continuance was agenized to the February 3, 2026, City Council Meeting. Prior to the meeting, but before the agenda was publicized, staff requested to continue the item to the April 21, 2026, City Council Meeting. The City Council opened the public hearing and voted (6-0-1) to continue the item (Council Member Buley absent).
Before the agenda was publicized, the applicant requested to continue the item to the June 16, 2026, City Council Meeting to gather additional information. The City Council opened the public hearing and voted (7-0) to continue the item.
Subsequently, before the agenda was publicized, the applicant requested to continue the item to the September 1, 2026, City Council Meeting to gather additional information.
ANALYSIS:
The applicant requested that the public hearing be continued to a date certain to the September 1, 2026, City Council Meeting. Staff will present the item at the September 1, 2026, meeting.
