RECOMMENDATION:

Staff recommends the Planning Commission:

1.                     Find that the project is exempt from the provisions of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Sections 15268 (Ministerial Projects) and 15301 (Existing Facilities); and

2.                     Uphold the Hearing Officer’s issuance of Special Use Permit (PGSH-24-0002) to allow a sober living home with six or fewer persons (not counting the house manager) at 1601 Baker Street.
