RECOMMENDATION:

Staff recommends the Planning Commission:

1.                     Find that the project is categorically exempt from the provisions of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) per CEQA Guidelines section 15332 (Infill Development Project); and

 

2.                     Approve Conditional Use Permit 25-0021 based on findings of fact and subject to conditions of approval.
