The item was previously agenized for the September 15, 2026, City Council Meeting. Prior to the meeting, but before the agenda was published, staff requested to continue the item to the October 20, 2026, City Council Meeting.
ANALYSIS:
Staff requests that the public hearing be continued to a date certain to the October 20, 2026, City Council Meeting. Staff will present the item at the October 20, 2026, Meeting.
